"When we first spoke with Lucia (Lucy) and One and Company with William Raveis Real Estate over the phone, our home had been listed almost a year on the Connecticut market, we had already had to relocate to a different state, and we were desperate to sell our home. Cool headed, determined, reliable, quick to respond, an out of the box thinker, conscientious, a good listener, persistent and most of all a person you can trust to get your house sold....this is how I would describe Lucy!
Firstly, Lucy and her team did a remarkable job marketing my house. Lucy brought a lot of showings in, was always quick to send me feedback on the showings and expeditiously answered any questions that I had. Thus, within a few months I had buyers.
