Bio

Matt grew up in the real estate business and has a degree in Business Management from Clemson University. After a short stint in computer sales, he joined Charter One Realty & Marketing. After achieving considerable sales success, he co-founded Carson Realty with Rowe Investments in 2006. Over the last 10+ years, Carson Realty has grown to be a consistent top 10 producing firm in the Lowcountry. In addition, he has spent the last 10 years working as a court appointed receiver, project manager and advisor for both local and national developers, banks and builders. Under Matt’s leadership, Carson Realty has had the pleasure of working with and representing companies such as Toll Brothers, Security Bank of Kansas City, Logan Homes, Tom Peeples Builders, P&R Homes, Stock Farm, Abbey Glen, Hampton Hall, Hampton Pointe, SeaGrass Station, David Weekley Homes, Bank of the Ozarks, Synergey Homes and many many others. Matt has been very active in HHAAOR and serves as a Trustee for HHIMLS and member of the Task Force. Despite his many achievements in business, Matt will be quick to tell you his greatest accomplishments can be found in his wife Dana and their two children Carson and Mattison Janes.
