"Max Gregori was our agent in selling our beach front condo on Hilton Head Island. Max was terrific. From our first meeting to the final closing, Max was involved with every aspect of the sell. I live up north and was unable to be on the island to assist with the numerous tasks to be completed before closing, due to medical reasons that had me in the hospital most of the time. Max literally handled everything for me. This even included him suggesting and contacting the lawyer for me for our closing. He coordinated for me, a hurricane-proof window/door replacement project within our unit, that was mandatory for all units during that time. He coordinated all the inspections of the unit that were mandatory before closing. Max even went to the unit, with a vacuum sweeper, to clean up and make the unit presentable after the window/door project. To me all of this was on and beyond. He even found time to call or text me often to keep me informed on every aspect during all of this. I am so grateful to Max. The best thing my wife and I did, when we knew we would have to sell our get-away beach condo because of medical reasons, was to hire Max. I will forever be thankful to him.
