Partnering with her daughter, Raveis Realtor Michelle Nowak, she has found a shared passion, especially for serving older adults, as well as all generations. Together, they focus on understanding the unique needs of customer demographics, navigating housing options with compassion and respect. Their collaborative approach ensures that clients receive personalized attention and tailored solutions, whether they're looking for a first home or to downsize, relocate, or find the perfect home for multi-generational living. Jewell’s early career in residential construction and development, as a licensed MI Residential Builder and Realtor led to her lifelong experience investing in real estate and rental properties in several states. She has owned FL real estate since 2014. Her PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consultant experience offered a thorough understanding of complex situations that now enables her to guide clients strategically with confidence and clarity in buying and selling real estate at any age. Jewell most recently retired as a US Intelligence Officer, where she spent years honing her negotiating and analytical skills and attention to detail, qualities that further serves as a solid foundation in real estate. Having implemented a successful retirement plan for herself, she understands the elements of change and needs of retirees, and how to apply generational wisdom. Jewell’s background and experience allows her to meet customers where they are to provide them with valuable insights into property potential and investment opportunities, ensuring they make informed decisions about their investments. In her spare time, Jewell enjoys spending time with family that consists of two lovely daughters, Michelle and Carla, two wonderful sons-in-law, and her granddogs, a handsome half-sized golden retriever named Bentley and a blue-eyed pure bred Merle Australian Shepherd named Baby. Jewell enjoys travel, meeting new people and exploring the local community through real estate, following market trends, and giving back through various initiatives.
