There's a major in Real Estate in college? Yes...I graduated from UCONN in 1972 with a major in real estate and achieved my real estate sales license in 1973. In 1975 I achieved my real estate Broker's license and started my own agency. Initially, I specialized in antique properties...but as the market evolved, so did I. I now help people buy and sell all sorts of real estate: land, new houses, old houses, small commercial. I did hold a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license for decades, and I have been involved with a number of other aspects of real estate over my career. From years of experience, I am fortunate now to work with past clients and their referrals to a great degree. I do a lot of volunteer work in my community, primarily in the field of heritage development. I care about the environment (I'm on my fifth Prius, and I became a Certified EcoBroker in 2008). I love tennis, and I like chess. I'm married, have a son and daughter-in-law and 2 wonderful grandsons.
