Growing up working in the construction business, I have seen time and time again how homes are built, and I have learned the best practices to buy and sell them. I know every aspect there is to know about a house inside and out. With my construction knowledge, I can evaluate a property to help clients make the best decision possible.

After an injury ended my college football career, I changed course. I went back to working in construction, but I knew I wanted more. I was good at sales, so I pursued a sales job at a car dealership. After quick success, I decided this was not the path I wanted. I decided to go back to college and finished with a degree in business management and marketing from the University of South Florida.

After getting my real estate license over twelve years ago and my broker's license over five years ago, I have a proven sales track record of millions in residential home and vacant land sales. I know how to market my client's property to sell using modern marketing strategies like social media to get a property in front of more eyes.

This is where my brand, "Your Broker Builder" comes into play. As a contractor, I have the resources to do things quickly for my clients. I am known to go above and beyond for every client during their buying and selling process. I am also able to assist them and handle any issues with the home that most realtors can't fix because of the resources I have in construction.

I also specialize in luxury custom home construction. I am the president of award-winning R.K. Reiman Construction, Inc., where we build luxury homes ranging from 4000 square feet and up. R.K. Reiman Construction has a strong reputation in Marco Island and Naples for over 25 years. We focus on long-term relationships, service, communication, and quality with every customer.

I also host The Top Contractor Podcast, where my mission is to help people navigate the construction process before making one of the most significant investments of their lives and be their guide for a smooth process. For four years, I also hosted the top podcast The Real Build, teaching people what to look for before buying, building, or selling a home.

My overall goal is to be the top luxury builder in Florida. Luxury building has always been my true passion, and real estate goes hand in hand. I have no doubt I will get there one day with the right team and my leadership.
