My belief is that every successful real estate transaction depends on great communication skills. My accomplishments in real estate are based on the fact that I listen to what my buyer and seller clients want. I understand that we are in this process together and work with my clients as a team to reach an established goal. As a licensed, full-time Broker, I have been selling real estate in Southbury and the surrounding area for decades. I also was an instructor at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury where I taught Real Estate Principles and Practices. I like to train new people coming into the real estate business and provide the knowledge to be successful in their careers. For 15 years I was the Broker/Manager/Co-Owner of RE/MAX Properties Unlimited in Southbury and have been a top producing agent throughout my career. My background includes residential, condominium, new construction, land, Over-55 communities and relocation moves.

Personal

I'm a Connecticut native and have lived in this area my whole life (except for two years in Germany) and I love it. I grew up in Oxford, and Southbury High School, now called Pomperaug High School, is my alma mater! I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with an Associate Degree in Business, and became a licensed real estate broker at the urging of a relative ... and the rest is history... with many decades of assisting people with their real estate needs. My two children were raised here and attended the top-rated Region 15 (Middlebury-Southbury) School District. Between 2004 and 2019, I was honored to be a Real Estate Principles and Practices instructor at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury plus I taught numerous Continuing Education Classes. When I'm not working, I enjoy doing fun things with my granddaughter and I also love to dance, cook, go antiquing, hike, go to the theater, attend concerts, try new restaurants, and have fun in New York City! I also volunteer at a local church thrift shop.
