One of Grindstone Neck's original cottages, Harbor Hill was designed by Wilson Eyre, a prominent Philadelphia architect, and built in 1890; to this day it remains an iconic example of the classic shingle cottages designed for this incredible community. The Hancock County-Bar Harbor is only a short 30 minutes away, whereas the larger Bangor International Airport is less than 90 minutes away.
