Gayle MacEachern Colinet grew up in Woburn, Massachusetts as the oldest of six children, in a household where hard work, independence, and creativity were part of everyday life. Her father was an entrepreneur, and from the time she was just 12 years old, Gayle worked alongside him learning firsthand how to run a business, build relationships, and take pride in ownership. That early exposure shaped her work ethic and planted the foundation for a lifetime of leadership and business acumen. Her professional career spans multiple industries, including serving as Music Director and Producer of the Jess Cain Show on WHDH radio, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a medical device company, and founder of her own marketing firm, where she helped small businesses grow and thrive. She is also known locally as the owner and creative force behind Marblehead's award-winning Turtle Cove Bar & Grille, where she led the menu creation, branding, design, and concept development. Through every role she has held, one theme has remained constant: a deep understanding of audience, strategic marketing, and how to position a product, brand, or experience to succeed. Whether in radio, hospitality, healthcare, or real estate, Gayle has always believed that knowing who you're speaking to and how to reach them is the true key to impact. Like many women balancing career and family, Gayle built a professional life that evolved around motherhood while continuing to grow and succeed across industries. That adaptability and determination now fuel her real estate business, where marketing expertise has become more essential than ever. Gayle has lived in several coastal communities around the country, including Charlestown, Ft. Lauderdale, Santa Monica, and Swampscott, before settling in Marblehead more than 20 years ago where she raised her daughter, Alexandra. Alexandra graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California in May of 2025 and is currently teaching Math and Science to 6th graders at Village School in Marblehead. Clients appreciate Gayle for her professionalism, responsiveness, negotiation skill, and ability to turn strategy into results. She is known for treating each home like a brand, each client like a priority, and each transaction with the precision it deserves.
