Jim was born in Cleveland, Ohio, attended high school in Edina, Minnesota and attended Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He married Linda in 1982 and they raised their family in the Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota. Jim has a Minnesota Real Estate Brokers license, a salesperson license in Virginia and a Florida Broker's license. Jim is active in the real estate markets of Florida, Minnesota, and Virginia.
