Hello there! I'd like to introduce myself to you. I'm Kathy Samul of William Raveis Real Estate. Although my initial career was International Special Event Production, I transitioned into Real Estate just about 30 years ago... Yes, I am a "seasoned" 66 years young with all the wisdom and professional experience that represents. My clients don't take that lightly.. they understand the value of practical, personal and professional accumulated experience provides. I've travelled and worked internationally, completed courses in diversity, and proudly note my client base represents a broad range of cultural backgrounds. Having successfully served buyer and seller clients in Hartford, Litchfield and Middlesex counties anyone can tell you I serve with the same enthusiasm and skill with a first time buyer to multi million dollar clients. I am a SOLUTION FINDER... I solve and navigate challenges from start through closing and my testimonials can verify that. As both an independent contractor and employee, I've developed a wealth of knowledge in areas including critical home inspection issues, nuances of historic homes, new construction processes and techniques at planned communities, both age restricted and not. On a personal note, my passions are animal welfare, gardening, world travel and cooking. I reside in a tiny home on the Farmington River with my husband of ten years and two rescue dogs, Lila and Winston.
