Prior to relocating to Southwest Florida, I built a distinguished career in the television and broadcast industry, serving in senior sales leadership roles with some of the nation's most prominent media companies, including Tribune Broadcasting, Hearst Television, Sinclair Broadcasting, and Cox Media. My journey began in New York City, where I launched my career in broadcast sales. I later moved to Washington, D.C., to focus on political advertising campaigns, working closely with clients on both Madison Avenue and Capitol Hill. A few years ago, I made a significant career shift, leaving my long-standing and successful tenure in broadcast sales to pursue my passion for real estate. My parents had retired to Naples, and after years of visiting, I was thrilled to make sunny Southwest Florida my permanent home. After earning my real estate license, I joined Divco Custom Homes, a premier luxury custom home builder in Naples. My time at Divco was transformative,immersing myself in the process of building homes from the ground up and gaining invaluable training from a team of experts. I was soon entrusted with launching sales in Babcock Ranch, a growing community where Divco had recently acquired land. Competing against eight other established builders, I quickly made an impact, breaking the record for the highest home sale in the community during my first year?a testament to both Divco's exceptional craftsmanship and my dedication to delivering results. After two years at Divco Custom Homes, I transitioned into general real estate to broaden my expertise. To accelerate my growth, I aligned with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, joining one of their top-performing teams. This opportunity allowed me to refine my skills, gain invaluable experience, and establish myself as a trusted real estate professional in Southwest Florida. After quickly becoming one of the top producers on the largest team at Premier Sotheby's, I made the decision to transition to William Raveis. This move allowed me to continue my growth as a real estate professional while aligning with a dynamic, luxury, client-focused brokerage dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.
