The structure now has a large, open area serving as a kitchen/living/dining space. There is a separate sleeping quarters that can accommodate 7-8 people. To complete the ''rugged'' feature, there is an outhouse/privy. The camp building is wired for a 110 generator (generator is not included though) and water is supplied by a gravity-fed line from a spring. Please make note that the lease is for non-commercial, seasonal, recreational purposes only, currently at an annual lease amount of $800.
