This beautifully decorated, fully renovated in 2022 home offers a large open concept layout, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. One of the highlights of Paradise Villa is its outdoor space. You can unwind on the spacious screened-in deck with cozy seating while you look out on the brand-new heated pool and hot tub, complete with a sun deck for lounging. The unique sunken fire pit, make this home a one-of-a-kind luxury experience for the entire family to enjoy. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed (featuring one queen bed and one pull-out full bed). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. Additionally, a queen-size air mattress is available for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private 50" Fire TV, a dresser, and ample space to hang clothes. The villa offers all the amenities you need for a memorable stay in Sarasota. This is a short-term rental property; mid-terms will be considered. Rates are based on season.
