Each rental will have a $75 booking fee, $300 cleaning fee, and tourist taxes of 12. 5 percent for total rental amount. Renting multiple months will give you a discount! After 1 month, you will receive $100 off per additional month. For example, $200 off each month rental rate if rented for 3 months.
