Just outside the front gate you will find a marina with wet and dry slips available for rental, the Compass Hotel and Floridays restaurant. Directly across Manatee Avenue is Neal Preserve for your hiking enjoyment. All this is just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, one of the best beaches in the world.
