We designed our beautiful two-story Lowcountry-style home with our family in mind. As you

As you walk into the great room, you can see beautiful coffered ceilings, and crown molding,

Food can be prepared either in the Main kitchen with family all around the large Quartz island
or in the Second Prep kitchen. That's right, two kitchens in this home include two
refrigerators for storage and two ovens with gas cooktops to prepare small or large meals. The
The prep kitchen can be closed off behind a beautiful large barn door, and we love that I can
prepare a surprise birthday cake while our grandkids wait out in the front room!!
As you go up the beautiful wood stairs to the second floor, you can see another large bonus
area, perfect for family game night or a secluded area to sit on the couch and just read.
The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious, overlooking the quiet neighborhood. Both bedrooms
have large walk-in closets with lots of space!
We love the way the two bathrooms upstairs are designed, one joining the two bedrooms while
the second bath is accessible to the bonus area.
Throughout the house is a beautiful large plank, distressed engineered hardwood. We chose
beautiful woven wood Roman blinds throughout the house.
The main bathroom is designed beautifully with quartz countertops and a fabulous large designer
shower, including a seat and Moen shower fixtures. Adjacent to the bathroom is
a large walk-in closet with shelving.
We love the Main bedroom. It is large enough to fit a king-size bed, nightstands, and dresser with
two chairs. The beautiful French doors open onto the screened-in porch. Our favorite part of
our home is the back porch with its beautiful large southern-style swing. The backyard is so
