To Get the lease fee the Realtor must show the property and be involved with the transaction. Must collect the deposit and send it to FLAHOMES within 2 days after the approved application. Make sure that the cashier’s check or money order are made out to Florida Home Sales & Management LLC.
TENANT REQUIREMENTS
1. They can have no Eviction
2. They must have good rental history
3. They must have an income that is three times the monthly rent gross that is before taxes are taken out.
4. Rental history must be good and must be able to be verified
5. If you have NO rental history, then your credit score must be above 500
6. If you have a pet must be approved by us and there is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee. Must have vaccinations and be able to send us a copy of their vaccination record.
7. They must also carry pet insurance on the pet. You can tell them they can get pet insurance with your rental insurance which can be obtained through your auto insurance company.
8. There is a $65 application fee for each adult. This is nonrefundable as we use this money to run the background checks. Our information comes back in approximately 48 hours the longest delay as getting your rental history from your current and previous landlords. Please let them know that we will be contacting them. If they are in an apartment, we will send you a form to sign to present to the apartment complex or real estate company.
9. The security deposit will be determined on what comes back from your application. If They ever have a lot of late pays from previous landlord, there could be an increase your security deposit.
