It includes lawn care, pool care, water/sewer, cable, internet, & Trash. Tenants will be responsible for putting the electricity into their name.
This home offers a split floor plan. When you walk inside the main bedroom is to the left. It is spacious and features a large walk in closet, a private full bath and access to the screened-in Pool. The other guest bed and bath are on the other side of the home. The guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet as well! Both bedrooms have carpet. A bonus den is off the Living room. The kitchen has a pass-through bar area to the living room, which is perfect for entertaining guests. It also features all appliances (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and a pantry. The dining area is off the kitchen. It has access to the pool and ample windows to let in natural light. Washer and Dryer for tenant’s use is in the 2-car garage.
The screened-in Pool & spa (heater excluded) is enclosed and has a large porch area for outdoor cooking!
This home is in “the estates” of Beacon Woods Golf and Country Club Community. The community has lots of amenities – clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, community pool and more!
