Specializing in residential real estate for buyers and sellers in Massachusetts' South Shore, my primary focus is Cohasset and Scituate. My attention to detail, accountability, ability to listen to needs and translate them to a desired result, knack for simplifying sometimes complicated transactions, and my honest approach to my clients helps me assist my community every day. Although both my parents hailed from the Old Emerald Isle, I have lived in Massachusetts and various parts of the South Shore all my life. Therefore, I have quite a bit of fantastic knowledge of many areas here. My adorable son Declan and I live in the Egypt Beach area of Scituate (the Irish Riviera). In Scituate, I am the Chair of the Scituate/West Cork Sister City Committee. The purpose of the committee is to foster cohesive erudition & support between these communities for economics, education, environment, culture, language, arts, athletics, and more. This includes fundraising for scholarships & exchanges, so that means & opportunities aren't exclusive to one another. We are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful, friendly, generous, and not to mention beautiful community!
