With my local proficiency, 20 + years' experience in high-end negotiation, 10+ years of expertise with the transaction & residential real estate process, marketing savvies, and great local relationships, I can help guide you through each step of the way, eliminating as much of the burden as possible. I am also in it for the long haul, remaining a perpetual resource for my clients well beyond just the transaction. From notarizing documents, referrals, flood zone info, assisting with current home values and market updates, community “intel”, or any other home need or question, I’m happy to help! Although both my parents hailed from the Old Emerald Isle, I have lived in Massachusetts and various parts of the South Shore all my life. Therefore, I have quite a bit of fantastic knowledge of many areas here. In Scituate, I was the Chair of the Scituate/West Cork Sister City Committee, Board of Directors for the South Shore Irish Heritage Trail, on the Board of the Easter Rising Monument, and a proud parent of son Declán, that is going to Scituate’s Elementary School.
