" I chose Mark Markelz to represent me in the home real estate market for the usual right reasons: I had known him for years as a fellow member of my church; I had seen his consistent efforts to advertise properties in the newspaper where I worked; he had clearly developed his career into arenas of increasing responsibility and results. Little did I know, however, that shortly after signing my listing contract with Mark I would discover even more crucial reasons for selecting him.
