Alexis Coon moved to the South Shore in 2019 after growing up in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State and spending a few years in snowy Northern Michigan. Alexis has a background in Psychology and spent much of her early professional career in the non-profit field. Although no longer working in the field, she continues to give her time to local non-profit organizations, most recently becoming a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth as well as being voted in as a Plymouth Town Meeting Member. Alexis enjoys working with clients at all stages of life, though she truly loves to help first-time homebuyers navigate through one of their most important life decisions. She finds assisting people in discovering the home of their dreams to be very exciting and rewarding. With a background in counseling and instruction, Alexis is able to be that guide and go-to resource for those unfamiliar with the homebuying process. Additionally, Alexis serves as the regional technology specialist within the local William Raveis sphere, applying her social media expertise to create superior marketing strategies, showcasing listings in the best possible light. Community Involvement
Forever a philanthropist, Alexis is currently a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth. In addition to grant writing and helping to plan the annual Hearts and Hammers Gala, you can find her helping with construction on build sites most Saturdays. Alexis is also heavily involved in the planning and execution of William Raveis' annual Chili Fest, raising money to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. In 2023, Alexis was voted in as a Town Meeting Member for the Town of Plymouth, serving a three year term.
