Education

Allison attended Saint Andrew's School in Boca Raton Florida from the 6th-12th grade. She attended college at Villanova University where she majored in Communication & minored in Spanish (Go Wildcats!). Fascinated by human behavior & decision making she pursued further education from the Neuroleadership Institute where she is certified in Brain Based Coaching Conversations. Most recently, she is studying Interior Design at University of Miami. Through this continuing education course Allison is able to be a true advisor to her clients. She is able to quickly visualize spaces which is a benefit to both home buyers and sellers. For the buyer, she can advise on a space meeting the functional need of the individual or family. For the seller, she is able to use her design background to highlight the features of the home that are most attractive and 'dress up' features of the home that may not be as desirable.

Boca Raton native, Allison Felter-Mariani brings a unique blend of local knowledge, sales experience and passion to the luxury real estate industry. After graduating from Villanova University, and excelling in marketing and advertising in New York City, the pandemic brought her back to Boca Raton, where she seized the opportunity to pursue her true passions: real estate and interior design. With her extensive background in media and advertising analytics, she helps customers tell visual stories that are engaging, data driven & strategic. She is a clear communicator and dialed into the details making even those challenging transactions seamless. Allison brings a customer first mindset to every engagement, working with clients as a dedicated partner. In her spare time, Allison enjoys long walks with her dogs & husband, yoga, exploring new places, & enjoying everything South Florida has to offer.
