Testimonials
"I selected Amy to sell my unique property after meeting with several realtors about the possible challenges and their experiences in selling a very old Weymouth home (this one built in 1638). Some had no experience selling an historic home and others were clearly interested in getting the house sold as quickly as possible by suggesting a too-low price. Amy impressed me with her knowledge of the local market, her many years of experience as a full time professional realtor (an important consideration to me) and her ability to leverage a broad spectrum of marketing channels for potential buyers. We knew that finding a qualified buyer willing to provide some TLC for this historic house, which had lots of potential, would be challenging. Amy remained determined and business-like in getting the property quickly back on the market twice before closing the sale with a third buyer. Although I was out of state, she kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was always accessible when needed. I am sure that there will be many ?newbie? realtors who think that their success in the 2021 market means they are a qualified agent, but Amy demonstrated she has the credentials and the skills that differentiate her from the pack. Thank you Amy!"

"My Sister and I met Amy at my mother's house on a very hot day this past July faced with the challenge of finding assisted living housing, cleaning out three sheds, a full basement and three attics that were full from 49 years of collecting along with repairs that needed to be completed needless to say we were overwhelmed. Amy greeted us with warm friendly smile and was so sweet and complementary to my mother of her home and only sincerely saw the positives we could not see based on the tasks at hand she was very calming and reassuring. We had hoped after cleaning out the house and holding a yard sale to put it on the market in September no such luck we had issues with the house trust holding us up for almost 4 months Amy once again was a true professional she never once pressured us she would touch base periodically not has and agent but more as a friend to see how we were doing. After finally getting everything in order it was the weekend of Christmas Amy suggested we hold an open house I felt bad and didn't want to take her away from her personal time with her family she insisted saying it was not a problem so we went for it..... it was a huge success! We received 6 offers and accepted an offer on Christmas Eve. Amy was also amazing when it came to the closing she suggested and outstanding lawyer and saw to every detail it couldn't have gone smoother. So If you are planning on selling or buying a house Amy Farrell is your Realtor she is Professional, Kind, Caring and Honest with only your best interest at heart. I would use her again in heart beat and suggest her to anyone who asks me if know a great Realtor!"

"We are so happy to have Amy help us on selling our condo. She is very knowledgeable about the house market in our living area. We sold our condo with a good price as she promised. She always responds our requests quickly. Right before the closing, one big incidence happened in our condo. She found a very good service company for us, and encouraged me to stay positive. For the other difficulties we were facing, she provided the smart solutions. We were so blessed by her high quality professional services!"

"My husband and I can not sing enough praises about Amy. We were first time home buyers and extremely new to the entire process of buying a home and what comes with that. Amy took the time to explain the process thoroughly. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and find out what was most important to us in our future home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the south shore of Boston which helped us immensely with our search. I would recommend Amy to anyone in search of a home or selling. She?s punctual and experienced in her field and has many connections with local businesses and vendors to make the entire process seamless. Amy was a pleasure to work with and we are forever grateful!"

"Just about 10 months ago, we got a postcard that Amy introducing herself and saying she was selling a home one street away. We?d been tossing around the idea of selling for a couple years. Ours was a tough location, part commercial, part residential. The house? Totally gorgeous Victorian. Once we were ready it only took two months or so on the market and we were done. We found another place that had everything we were looking for. Amy represented us as a seller and as a buyer and we could not be anymore pleased. She is an experienced professional who is on your side, which you hear a lot from agents, but with class. We had to deal with a few not as nice as you?d like situations. Amy always took the high road. You can still represent clients as an agent, and try to get the best deal possible, it doesn?t mean you need to be, like, oppressive. And she is so much the opposite of that, which is why I liked her to begin with. Again, class, and a sense of humor. When she says she was going to do something - it got done. She goes above and beyond to get it done. Nothing knocks her for a loop. I always felt she was there to support us. Even when it was us that screwed up. No major business deal like buying and selling a house is perfect. However, Amy was never negative. Never a downer. She was patient, she was professional and she went to bat for us. I highly recommend her. Hands down one of the best agents South of Boston."

"We chose Amy to market and sell our home based a number of factors. Amy clearly understood the market for our home including the profile of the buyer and the price level. Furthermore, she had sold a home in our neighborhood less than a year prior and we had a high level of confidence that she would be able to do the same with ours. As we had already agreed to purchase a new house, we were looking for a real estate agent who was confident that she could sell the house quickly. Amy delivered on all fronts making the process truly easy for us and getting us under contract at above asking and after a single open house. She was communicative throughout the process and, along with her transaction coordinator Erin, made sure that we were educated about all of our responsibilities as sellers and what our expectations should be for those of our buyers. I would highly recommend Amy in anyone looking to sell a home in the South Shore area."
Kyle W. (Weymouth, MA)

We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell. We would have levereged her services when purchasing our next home had we not moved out of state."

"We used Amy to sell 2 of our investment properties. Amy did an excellent job valuing them and marketing, ensuring we got the highest price even though we had tenants in the properties while selling. Showings may have been a challenge but Amy handled it with no problems at all.
In the end, we got more money then we thought going in and a fast, proffesional sale. Our next house will be acquired with Amy's help."
Brent L. (Boston, MA)
"My husband and I worked with Amy this summer to sell our Weymouth home. The idea of selling our house intimidated us, but she made the process easy, relatively low stress, and, dare I say, fun! Amy was knowledgeable about the market, worked around our schedules (especially important with 3 young kids), and answered any questions we had promptly and completely. We even received check-ins from her while she was on vacation! Amy goes above and beyond for her clients and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."
Kaitlyn S. (Weymouth, MA)
"My boyfriend and I just closed on a home in Weymouth and would have been totally lost without Amy. She is THE BEST real estate agent out there, and so amazing to work with! Amy is down to earth, funny and makes the scary house-buying process a lot less scary. We will highly recommend her to our friends, and will certainly turn to her for future home buying/selling needs! Thanks Amy!"
Brianna P. (Weymouth, MA)

Tori C. (Holbrook, MA)
"We had the pleasure of working with Amy during our home buying experience this past summer. We had a condo to sell and a home to buy and she was on top of every aspect of both of those. We found a house before we had a buyer and she was able to help us negotiate both deals so that the transition went flawlessly. I needed a little push to move out of my condo since I had been there for 10 years, so finding the right home that made me want to move was a challenge. Amy handled our endless house showings all over the south shore, trips to meet builders and countless questions with true professionalism. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and very resourceful with a great amount of contacts which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend Amy to every one that is looking for a house! You will not be disappointed!!"

Jen Tarpey (Bridgewater, MA)
"The services provided by Amy were personal, patient and supportive for my needs. I wanted to stay local to Weymouth which was difficult in current market. Patience with homes for sale was a must. Also the knowledge of what properties were worth and how the market impacted the offers on homes was necessary to navigate the market. All of which I needed assistance with. I found your agent to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend William Raveis and Amy Farrell as an agent."
Mildred Lohnes (Avon, MA)
"I needed to sell fast and Amy did exactly that! She didn't let me stress about a thing. It was an easy process. I have and will continue to recommend Amy to all my Massachusetts friends!"
