"There is at least one tangible example for every category in which my wife and I rate Amy. She has been nothing but exceptional. - Local Know. Looking in the mid-cape area, she has personal knowledge growing up and living there and was able to leverage that information to understand our objectives, and ended up helping to guide our decision to a town and area we are very happy with. (e.g., is this side road used heavily as a shortcut?) Even if she didn't know the answer directly or wanted a second opinion, her connections seemed to reach far. - Process. Amy knows her stuff. We were trying to execute a 1031 exchange, and she knew enough about this herself and local attorneys who've performed it, to guide the purchase of our home smoothly in the strict timelines required to complete such a transaction. As an engineering consultant, I probe deeper than sometimes I should or even need to, but she had an answer everytime I had a deeper question. - Responsiveness. Out of all the folks we had to work with in order to execute the 1031 exchange (6 different parties), Amy by far was the most responsive. Weekend, weekday, 8am, 8pm, didn't matter. How she does it with a family is nothing short of dedication to her craft. - Negotiation. She fought hard for us, even when we were a little fearful of losing the property we ultimately decided on. That extra bit (thousands!) she negotiated without our asking allowed us to reinvest it in the property and make it better. if we ever sell and/or purchase another cape property, Amy is definitely getting my business.
