Tony Marinelli, born in Manhattan and raised in Westchester County, has a diverse and accomplished background that uniquely positions him in the real estate industry. A graduate of Cardinal Farley Military Academy, Tony excelled in academics and athletics, later attending Georgetown University while managing and owning restaurants. Tony's international real estate career began in the 1970s in Marbella, Spain, where he successfully marketed properties and facilitated significant client transactions. His entrepreneurial journey continued with the co-founding of a shoe and accessory business, where he played a key role in sales and product development, eventually leading to the sale of the company to Bear Stearns. After 25 years in the footwear industry, Tony returned to his passion for real estate, investing in numerous properties across Manhattan, Long Island, Miami, and Nova Scotia. In 2019, he transitioned back into real estate full-time and joined William Raveis Real Estate, bringing his extensive business acumen and sales expertise to the table. Tony's success is rooted in his strategic approach and dedication to his clients. He attributes much of his personal and professional achievements to the support of his wife, Cynthia, with whom he has been happily married for 37 years. Tony is committed to helping clients navigate the real estate market with the same integrity and excellence that have defined his career.
