Bio

Avigail is a highly resourceful, dedicated, result-driven professional with an exceptionally strong track record of success in management, marketing and leadership. Known for her tireless work ethic, integrity, creativity and high regard for people’s needs and perspectives, Avigail consistently strives to exceed her clients’ expectations. Bicultural and trilingual, Avigail brings a unique East-meets-West resource to the Lexington real estate market. Her clients and colleagues alike, value her talent for relating to, and communicating with, people from diverse cultural backgrounds and she is the quintessential people person. Avigail’s work experience and training are big contributors to the discipline, attention to detail and follow-through she brings to her work. She earned her MSc. degree in Management and Organizational Behavior and worked as a Human Resources manager in a variety of Israeli high-tech companies. Most recently she was the principal of an Israeli after school program in Lexington and the marketing director for one of Newton’s top real estate agent. Avigail immigrated with her husband to the United States from Israel thirteen years ago. They live in Lexington and have two boys in the school system. She is an involved and active member of the Lexington community and in her spare time, sings with an Israeli singing group, plays on a Newcomb ball league and volunteers with the Israeli American Jewish community of Greater Boston.
