Dear Anne-Marie, Barbara, Davia, and Adam:

Anne-Marie and Barbara are our brilliant real estate agents who were pivotal in our recent, successful purchase of our new home at 14 Grouse Lane. Dear Anne-Marie and Barbara,



What a glorious day it was closing on this house. We are so happy to be moving to Madison and you both were the lovely ambassadors to help us know it was the right decision. We always enjoyed visiting here but your knowledge and love for this town confirmed our decision. We also enjoy following up on your suggestions for the area. We had dinner- clams, of course at the Surf club last night and cannot wait to use our very generous and thoughtful gift certificate to La Oresta.



We were both so touched by your card and look forward to seeing you again. It's a little intimidating to move to a new area but we are fortunate in having your friendship to ease the way. Please consider us loyal clients, ready and willing with a glowing recommendation!
