Bio

As a fourth-generation resident of the Hamptons, Bethany Selmear Smith has a deep connection to the area's rich history and culture. Growing up just two doors down from the historic Whaling Museum in Sag Harbor and with a grandfather who was the town doctor, real estate runs in her DNA. Her passion for preserving the charm and historical significance of the Main Streets in the Hamptons fuels her drive to succeed in the industry. With a degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master's in School Counseling from C.W. Post, Bethany has honed her customer service skills through years of experience in retail. As a Division I athlete, she welcomes challenges, and her time at the East Hampton Rental Registry only strengthened her ability to connect clients with the perfect properties. Bethany recognizes the changes in the Hamptons and the new challenges that come with them. With the influx of new people and larger homes, she is determined to understand the needs of her clients and match them with the right properties. She has established herself with Town & Country Real Estate and gained her clients' trust to secure exclusive listings in the Hamptons. When she's not busy helping clients find their dream homes, Bethany gives back to her community by coaching the varsity field hockey team at her alma mater, Pierson High School, and mentoring student-athletes. With her passion for the area and her deep roots in the community, Bethany is truly a local expert in the Hamptons real estate market.
