Blair Patterson's adoration of Connecticut's beauty began when he attended boarding school as a youth in the Litchfield hills in Kent. He later returned to Connecticut for weekend visits with close friends on Lake Zoar in Southbury, where he and his husband Patrick fell in love with the lake lifestyle and successfully navigated the purchase of their first weekend property on the Pomperaug River. Over the next decade, while working in Manhattan as the Director of Global Makeup for Estee Lauder Companies and weekending on the lake, Blair became fluent in the luxuries, benefits, needs and challenges of the weekend lifestyle. It was here that his passion for real estate in both vacation homes and fulltime property began. Transitioning full time from Manhattan to Middlebury, Connecticut with his husband in 2017, Blair used his 25 years of connections in the city as motivation to become a full time Realtor to help those wanting to explore a world outside the Five Boroughs like they had. Blair has been an active member of the coveted "Bury's" community in Connecticut for close to 15 years. It is his community contacts in Connecticut, unique home buying experiences and a deep knowledge of social marketing and modern marketing technology that make him the ideal Realtor for both the first-time buyer and the seasoned seller.
