Licensed as a Realtor since 2005, Carl is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating value to propel William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance to new heights. Previously, Carl was the Chief Marketing Officer for Ensemble Travel Group, a consortium of 700 travel agencies with over 150,000 agents, where he led worldwide initiatives for independent agencies and every major travel supplier. Prior to that, Carl was the EVP, General Manager of Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories where he led sales, marketing and operations for a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of physician dispensed, over-the-counter products. Carl led strategic planning at CVS Pharmacy as the VP of Brand Development and managed brands and new business development at Estee Lauder and Avon Products.
