About Danielle Intile Tait

Bio

When I was a child my parents would drive my sister and I around on the weekends to look at houses. We would find ourselves in different neighborhoods and I would dream of what it would be like to live in one of those homes. That was probably where my love of real estate began. I moved to the Pioneer Valley in 2002. I thought I would be here for a year maybe two, but I was quickly drawn to the laidback lifestyle. I loved that I could go for a hike in the morning with my dog, drop into a great yoga class, grab a healthy lunch and go see an amazing concert in town at night. The community of people here is so welcoming that I soon realized it would be nearly impossible to leave. I currently live in Northampton where I am raising two amazing children. Mason, 10 and Laila, 7 keep me busy with basketball, lacrosse, art classes and just general fun times. Since 2001 I have worked as a professional photographer and yoga instructor. I have loved this work and I believe it gives me a unique set of skills to offer my clients. I have cultivated a calm, creative and light hearted way to help others. My background in fine arts informs my ability to see spaces and all their potential. I have been photographing homes for years and I know how to make your home’s features really stand out. I know firsthand how stressful it can be when searching for a home or selling a home. I will be there to guide you every step of the way. I am patient, relaxed, responsive, hardworking and invested in helping my clients. I am excited and ready to work for you.
