Bio

I am A midwest Gal living in a Florida World. My family relocated to Naples, Florida 20 years ago. I then attended the University of Florida and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology & Business. I have been a real estate professional since 2003. My father, a builder introduced me to waterfront, new construction in the Park Shore- Moorings area. I have sold over 50 luxury new, waterfront construction properties in Naples, ranging from $3-14M. I enjoy very much meeting new clients & directing buyers to the perfect location based on the lifestyle of the family and the ideal property one is in search for. Naples offers many different options, price ranges & amenities which can be very overwhelming.

Experience

With over two decades of experience in Naples real estate, I bring A deep understanding of the market, land acquisition, and luxury home design. Licensed since 2003, I have built strong connections with top lenders & Industry professionals, ensuring my clients receive the best resources and guidance. Real estate has been a part of my career from the day I graduated college. My father, who was a local spec builder, began developing luxury waterfront homes in Park Shore, Moorings. I was hands on in sourcing the perfect lots & marketing new construction homes ranging from $3-$14M,for over 20 years. When my father retired in 2021, I shifted my focus to the design side of the business, working with Arhaus, to help customers furnish & design their new homes. In 2024 my husband, Tim- A respected local builder & I designed & built our own custom home in Central Naples. This was truly blending both sides of my business, real estate & design. I did locate the perfect lot, sizable on A beautiful lake. I managed all design selections while Tim completed the build in record time. Together we have an extensive network of trusted subcontractors & A keen eye for identifying the best lots for new construction. Whether your looking for the ideal property or embarking on a custom build, I provide expert insights to make the process seamless & rewarding.

Personal

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Tim, 6 year old daughter, Olivia Kate & our fur babies. We love being at the beach, boating, exercising, and spending time with our family & friends. I would love to connect with you & your families to find your perfect place to call home.

Community Involvement

We are actively involved with our church, First Naples... We lend A hand when needed volunteering to help build back & support our local communities & spread God's word.
