Areas Covered

Cape Cod which is an island over 75 miles long with One County Barnstable and 15 towns. Through the use of an up to date MLS System I can sell and list in any of the towns on Cape Cod. I cover Towns of Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, Orleans, Mashpee, and Sandwich. I will refer to agents who will cover Falmouth, Truro, Eastam, Wellfleet, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard.

Education

David is a native Cape Codder and graduated right here on Cape from Barnstable High School in 1965. He went on to receive his Associates Degree from Burdett College in 1967. He completed his education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Dyke College Cleveland, Ohio in 1972.

Community Involvement

Rotary Club of Yarmouth - Was a Rotarian for 48 Years Made Honorary Member of Yarmouth Rotary Club where I was Past President - During my year as President the following was done by the Club: 1. Established the Yarmouth Food Pantry 2. Started the funding for the building of a school in India. This included funding of the project, writing an international grant, and getting a local India Rotary Club to be our sponsor. Project completed in 2 years. 3. Started a new committee: Local Helping Hands to town of Yarmouth. St. Pius X Bereavement Committee - Chairman - This is a unique ministry offered by our Parish. We meet with the family of the deceased and help them plan the funeral mass for the deceased. Our mission is to help the family in any way we can during this time of need. Retired from this ministry in 2020 after 15 years of service. Cape Cod and Islands Umpire Association - Past President - Started umpiring in 1970. I love baseball at many levels. My goal, do the game in a professional way and call them I see them, but understand that I am not always correct. Dennis Golf - Town owned golf courses Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands. I love the game, but I hit the ball to often. Weekly Volunteer at the National Cemetery in Bourne as an organizer of starting area for funeral services. Currently in my 6 years and over 1,500 hours of service.

Veteran: U.S. Army Honorable Discharge E-5 My hobbies are golf, fresh water fishing, singing, and shell fishing. Been a baseball umpire since 1970, doing games from Little League to Cape Cod Baseball League. I have done many Regional Championship games in Little League, Babe Ruth, Senior Babe Ruth, High School, and Legion.
