A native of the State of Maine and now residing in Sarasota, Florida, Dave and his wife Sue are delighted to live in paradise and to share the Floridian lifestyle with family and friends. Dave has more than 30 years of experience as a chief financial officer and corporate vice president working in the energy industry. His work experience included assignments in Alaska, Texas and more recently in Maine overseeing the financial and business affairs of U.S. and Canadian operations. Dave's responsibilities included managing an extensive portfolio of easements, property leases and other real estate holdings. He started helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties in 2015, and now enjoys working with William Raveis, the #1 family-owned brokerage in Florida and 11th largest real estate company in the U.S.
