Personal

Whether working with buyers or sellers, I represent my customers throughout the entire process, from looking at the first property to the closing table. My top priority is my customers, and meeting their goals, and helping them navigate through the entire process to the closing table. I have been with William Raveis Real Estate for over 10 years. I am reconized as a menber of the Chairman's Elite Club, which is the top 5% of agents company-wide. I was born and raised in Old Greenwich Connecticut where I raised my two children. My husband and I relocated to Naples Florida in 2017 with our two chihuahua's, where we reside in The Isles of Collier Preserve. I have both my Connecticut and Florida real estate license. Dawn studied dance at Shenandoah College & Conservatory of Music, now known as Shenandoah University.

Experience

My experience is with both residential properties as well as commercial properties. My most recent project is the redevelopment of the Harbor House Inn located in Old Greenwich, CT. This property has been in my family for 40 years. My preservation of the Inn now consists of 6 beautiful condominiums.
