I started my career in real estate in 1986. Prior to this I studied interior design I use this knowledge to help my sellers get the best price in the least amount of time. Sometimes all that is needed is to de-clutter and rearrange the furniture. Other times it will be a complete make over. I do not bring in fancy furniture. I use "Your Decor...My Ideas" to obtain optimal results. While there is cost involved the end result is to get the home sold quickly and for top dollar. Often my sellers will say" I can't believe this is my house!" I also work with builders in designing new construction...I will take complete control in designing & development of the home.
