I began my Real Estate Journey in 2003 as an owner investor and sold my very first property as a Real Estate Residential Advisor in the Vineyards in a transaction and leaseback for over 2 Million.

Dr. Ronald M. Repice, otherwise known in the community as: Doc Ron, "Your Real Estate Doctor" Professional, Reliable, & Knowledgeable! Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr, Ron moved to Sunny Naples Florida in 2003, just before his son Dominic was born. Previously, a practicing Chiropractor with a degree in Clinical Neurology, Ron has been an active Real Estate Sales Advisor since 2004, as a real estate owner and investor. Doc Ron enjoys learning and continuously studying the real estate market. Dr. Ron has a passion for helping others, whether it's a patient with Sciatic Pain, or a Seller that needs to sell their home to build their dream home or a Buyer wanting to buy a condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Doc Ron loves helping people solve their problems and making their dreams and desires become a reality. Whether it's by Car / Boat / Plane.. The Real Estate Doctor will meet and exceed expectations. He enjoys creating video content about the local community and sharing the beauty and wonder of Naples Florida. Most recently, I have begun promoting hobbies that support an active lifestyle, and the latest being Pickleball.
