"Dylan was always available to answer all my question. He always replied within minutes which was very impressive. What I liked the most about Dylan was that I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a sales agent just looking to make a commission. Dylan was always honest with me, never pushy which I appreciated. Also, he was very knowledgeable with the home buying process. He had all the answers I needed and many great contacts as well if we needed additional information. Dylan worked hard on his end as my agent to see that we completed all documentation quickly so not to hold up the closing date. In fact, if it weren't for the selling agent not getting their documentation signed by the sellers in a timely fashion, the lender said we could have closed earlier than expected. We ended up closing at the expected date and now we are living in our new home. I'm so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Dylan. I've met other agents before but was turned off by them because I didn't feel like they were looking out for me. It was all about making a sale.
