Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. He told us in detail a lot of useful information about buying and maintaining a house, not only about the things we asked him, but also about the things that never occurred to us. As first-time house buyers, we knew a little about home purchasing. Eric informed us about both the pros and cons of a certain option, so that we felt confident when making decisions. He was very familiar about Madison and Guilford areas, which we were interested in. He drove us around the town and the neighborhood, not just the individual houses. He helped us to grow our knowledge and be prepared about any relevant issues. We deeply appreciate this.

Eric is also very responsive and available. He was generous about his time with us. There were times that we called him to make a last minute appointment and were on a rushed schedule, he was always willing to accommodate even if it surely brought him inconvenience. He was quick to reply emails and communicated very efficiently. At the beginning, when we had no idea what kind of houses we liked, he searched many potential houses for us and put together the information in highly readable and informative ways. In fact, the house that we eventually bought was among those houses recommended by him, which we might have easily missed! We were on a tight time scale in purchasing the house, and we couldn't complete the process so timely and smoothly without Eric's efforts. Eric bears our best interest in mind. He genuinely cared about whether we got the best offer. He was very transparent about the positive and negative sides of each house. After we made up our mind about a house, he did a great job in helping us to negotiate the price, which made the house affordable and within our budget. Through the whole process we always felt he was firmly standing on our sides.

Working with Eric was a deeply pleasant experience. There were many moments that we could not all describe at once.
