I bought my first single-family home in 1981, converted it to two apartments and two floors of office space. I followed that with several renovations of both single- and multi-family homes.
In the mid-90s, I became a full-time Realtor and used those skills (carpentry, construction engineer & supervisor) in helping my clients prepare their homes for sale, and in choosing the best home for purchase.

Professional Specialty
While I work with a multitude of clients in various price ranges, my specialty is in preparing homes for sale. If the home needs renovations and/or an addition, I would list it two ways: 1) For the first listing, I price it at the current suggested market price based on a comparative market analysis 2) For the second listing, I determine the value of the home with an addition and/or renovation. To do this, I draw the addition using a design program, then I assemble estimated costs of the addition and renovations, and add these costs to the suggested market price. This method greatly increases marketing exposure. My extensive knowledge as a construction supervisor and engineer, helps me aide clients in the home-buying/construction process, as I have also made several successful applications to Greenwich land use agencies. I will help you understand Greenwich building and land use regulations when purchasing your new home. I'd be happy to provide a complimentary comparative market analysis of your current home or to help you find your dream home!
