Previous to joining Wm Raveis RE I received both The Leading Edge Award and President's Circle Award while at Prudential CT Realty, putting me in the top 3% of Realtors nationally. Wm.Raveis was named the Best Real Estate Luxury Real Estate Agency for 2022 by global luxury experts at Luxury Lifestyle Awards. I have received CT Magazine's FIVE STAR AWARD for Top CT Agents each year from 2012 through 2025, making me one of their "Legend Realtors". I also received the Wm. Personal

I have lived in Madison since 1985, where I raised my two daughters and a foster son. I have been active in Real Estate since 1985, but my previous work experience was with Social work in the Philadelphia area. I wanted to spend more time with my children when they were small, so I didn't become a FULL time, 24/7 Realtor until 1990. I worked with Prudential CT Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) from 1986 until 2011 and joined Wm. Raveis in 2012 because I liked the idea of a family owned and run company and the personal attention and services they afford their clients.

Experience

My real estate career started in 1986 with Merrill Lynch Realty, which was purchased by Prudential CT Realty in the early 90's. I was a leading agent with Prudential CT Realty until 2011, when I joined William Raveis Real Estate. I have been in the top 2% of the company since then and have been Top Producer, Top Listing Agent or Top Sales Agent in the Madison office many times since joining the company. I am a Luxury Properties Specialist and have significant experience with selling waterfront properties and Equestrian properties, but I also have a great deal of experience (and patience) working with First Time Buyers and Senior buyers and sellers in all price ranges.

Areas Covered

While I am licensed to cover the entire state of CT, I primarily cover the Shoreline East to West from New Haven to the Niantic/East Lyme area and from Madison North to Durham, East Hampton and East Haddam.

Niche Marketing

I cover the Shoreline from New Haven to East Lyme and North from Madison to Middletown. I do not specialize in any one type of home, selling both condos and houses from $100,000 to multi-million dollar homes. Living in a beach community affords me the opportunity to list and sell many waterfront homes and my involvement with the Equestrian community as a judge and competitor has made working with buyers and sellers of horse properties and country homes an area of expertise. I have always loved antique or historic homes and have personally bought and sold many over the years.I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers of these lovely homes. In 2022 I listed and sold one of my favorites... the elegant S.A.Scranton House in downtown Madison, built in 1907. I have spent over 25 years working with Relocation companies and have a great deal of experience with both buyers and sellers relocating to or from the area. Moving to an area that you know nothing about provides many challenges and making that transition as easy as possible is one of my goals. Having lived in the area for 35 years, I am able to provide all kinds of useful information and recommendations to new arrivals, making that transition a little less stressful.
