Kimberly recently helped my wife and I acquire land in Madison. My wife and I are fairly busy during the day with work and are often on our phones or computers...what this means for a real estate agent is that they need to be able to keep up with the barrage of emails or texts and be capable of getting information to us quickly. My wife and I switched agents early in our search for our new home after witnessing Kim's professionalism and knowledge in action at a house we were being shown in which she was representing the seller. Throughout the remainder of the process of finding and purchasing our home, Kim was very patient and responsive, even at times when we probably didn't deserve it. Kim's understanding of the Southern Connecticut market and negotiating experience is second to none, and all of her recommended contractors and inspectors were all top notch.

My experience with Kim is unique in that we were unfortunate enough to have had a deal go south due to actions taken by the sellers between the signed contract and home inspection. When my wife and I were unsatisfied and felt the sellers were no longer negotiating in good faith, Kim stood by our decision and did not pressure us whatsoever to complete a deal we no longer felt was in our best interest. Seven months later, I am writing this review from my new house which Kim helped us close on, and other members in my family who are planning on moving have contacted Kim to represent them in their transactions."
