The nature of Real Estate is constantly changing, whether it's homes on the market, regulations for Lending practices, or local bi-laws that have been revised and I love the pace! Single family residential homes are my speciality, including water front, in town listings, and locating homes in specific school districts.

Professional Association

I have lived on the Upper Cape for over 50 years and feel very fortunate to work in such a beautiful, scenic place, sharing my knowledge of the area with Buyers and Sellers. I received my Real Estate License in 1996 and became a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors. In an industry that is constantly reinventing itself I consistently seek education to increase my skills, allowing me to offer my clients the most current information for their home buying and selling needs.

Experience

Having grown up on the Upper Cape, I offer my clients, both buyers and sellers, knowledge of the market area borne of years of hard work and play! I attended Sandwich public school and saw my 2 children through as well. I began my real estate career in 1996, learning the nuances of a sellers market and successfully placing clients in their new homes for 10 years until the market turned and I can now say I have experience in a buyers market as well. Over the years, I have developed systems that allow me to follow up on the details of a transaction, and this attention to detail can make the difference in getting to the closing table. Communicating all this to my clients is of the utmost importance.

Repeat and referral business is the greatest achievement in my career. I am never happier than being able to help a friend of a client achieve their real estate goals.

Personal

Married to my wonderful husband Steve for over 40 years, we have raised our two sons on the Upper Cape. They have both left the Cape in search of their dreams, but I find that my dreams are still fulfilled by the lifestyle the Cape offers. My favorite activity is being in Mill Creek on a hot August day-I like to think of it as my own lazy river. The smell of the salt air is energising and the sight of the marsh and ocean is a reminder of how lucky I am to be here.
