Over my career as a Realtor, I have had the privilege of helping many people obtain their goal of Homeownership. As a Realtor, my goal is to conduct all negotiations with integrity and as efficiently as possible. I pride myself on reaching the closing table with all parties mutually satisfied with the entire process. It is also my responsibility to represent my clients to the best of my ability. Whether you are a First Time Home Buyer, Experienced Investor, Builder or Seller, I will be with you each step of the way to help guide you through the sometimes-challenging process of a real estate purchase or sale. I continued my education in the industry to achieve the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) from The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR) from The National Association of Realtors. I was recognized by the Eastern Massachusetts Real Estate Academy as having earned the certificate of Certified Agent Training Skills (CAT). Most recently I earned the National Association of Realtors Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certificate. I am licensed to sell real estate in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
