Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, she developed an interest in real estate and quickly began buying income-producing properties. At the young age of 23. Kyle purchased and subdivided an 11-acre parcel into 13 building lots. At 25, she organized, oversaw, and coordinated the installation of all infrastructures (sewer, water, roads) required to get local town approval for her development. Within 18 months, she successfully developed and sold out the entire community. What started as a hobby turned into a lifelong profession. A STRATEGIC THINKER Kyle realized her passion was (and continues to be) to help people navigate through one of the most significant purchases they would make. Before venturing into a full-time real estate career, Kyle worked in her family's travel agency. It became one of the largest in Upstate New York. Focused on corporate accounts, she became "the deal maker," overseeing accounts that spent $100,000 to over $2 million in travel. The art of doing business was always second nature to Kyle. It didn't matter "who" you were; Kyle could talk to anyone. What did matter was producing positive results for her clients. "Yes, I can" became her mantra.
