First Time Home Buyers Working with first time home buyers is an area I particularly enjoy. My goal is two-fold: 1. To get you into your first home that meets your unique needs, and 2. To reduce the stress of the buying process. When buying your first home the unknowns can be the hardest thing to face. That is why I start each client/realtor relationship by meeting and going over, step-by-step, what to expect. Not only is this to help you gain an understanding of the process, but I find it opens a dialog that allows me to answer any questions you may have unique to your home buying journey. Following the initial consult, I am always available and very responsive to questions that come up, even after your home purchase is finalized. Buying and Selling at the Same Time Are you looking to sell your current home and buy a new one? Often this kind of move can feel overwhelming, especially if you have lived in a home for many years. I understand that this comes with its own set of challenges. My top priority is to apply my expertise to guide you and ensure that both the buying and selling process goes smoothly. I want to create as easy of a transition as possible for you-both emotionally and financially. Foreclosures/Bank Owned After assisting several clients over the years in purchasing foreclosures and bank-owned properties, I have developed a strong understanding of exactly what it takes to find, secure, and finalize the purchase of these homes. If you are interested in purchasing a foreclosure or bank owned property, I will take you through the process start to finish.

Personal

My husband and I are high school sweethearts who met while growing up in Cohasset. We now live 20 minutes south of Boston where we raise our two children. I am a graduate of both Bridgewater State University and Boston College, where I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. Throughout my social work career, I assisted many individuals in achieving their personal goals. I transitioned into Real Estate to assist individuals and families with their Real Estate goals. I am dedicated to my clients and I am fortunate to have a very loyal, growing, client base. I earn my clients trust by protecting their interests throughout the home buying and selling process.
