"As a first time home buyer Leslie was a dream to work with. She knew the area extremely and even took us on a tour around the neighborhood to give us a better understanding of the town, notable land marks and even talking about fun events that occur throughout the year.

She was extremely patient with us on our house hunt and we never felt pushed or rushed. She also was frank about her opinions of the properties she showed highlighting concerns on possible problems down the line if we ever decided that we wanted to move. Also she was knowledgeable about the costs of repairs on how much various renovations would cost.

She was also a great negotiator. She handled our bid well and even got the seller to clean up and mow the yard the day before we closed on the house. She also helped us through every step of process by giving us recommendations for closing attorneys, landscapers and contractors.

"My wife and I recently had to relocate to Norwalk CT from Phoenix AZ due to a death in the family ? already a stressful time. Leslie eased the burden of the move in so many ways.
