Linda Holley, Realtor, GRI, SRES, CIPS

A former member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, Linda Holley relocated to Sarasota, Florida to be near her family in 2008. She has earned the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) professional designations. She has sold several Siesta Key beach condominiums, single family and canal homes and properties in golf and country club communities. Customer success stories include young professionals in New York City making Sarasota their second home and also Canadian seasonal residents. Today, much of her business comes from the friends and family members of many previous Buyers and Sellers. Among her real estate peers, she is known for her ability to keep tough deals together when there are disputes between the parties over repairs. Linda also distinguishes herself by her ability to research financial reports for condominium associations. With recent changes in Florida condominium laws, she knows buyers need the right information for decision making. She serves as a volunteer on three committees in her condominium community and is a shepherding deacon and Stephen Minister at her church. Linda is the author of Failure to Disclose – A Double-Edged Sword, which is currently being sold in the bookstore at the National Association of Realtors. This is a fictionalized story of a real estate investor who purchased a new ski condo that literally “went up in smoke.” Realtors and consumers will benefit from reading this short novel.
